By downloading, installing, or using Discipline Poker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Discipline Poker is a personal poker session tracking and self-improvement application. The App allows you to:

  • Log and track poker sessions
  • Manage bankroll information
  • Review your performance
  • View statistics and analytics

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding gambling in your jurisdiction
  • Backing up your data if desired

Acceptable Use

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Distribute or share the App through unauthorized channels

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Diffuse Thinking LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Data calculations will be 100% accurate
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discipline Poker shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Gambling losses or decisions made based on App data
